ヴィヴィアル＆カンパニーは、白馬のエコーランドにある用地の開発可能性を探るフィージビリティ・スタディを依頼された。
The concept proposes a boutique hotel catering to both domestic and international travellers. The scheme includes 30 guest rooms, arranged across three two-storey blocks, carefully located to preserve the natural landscape and enhance the guest experience.
The blocks are connected by a series of covered walkways leading to a central clubhouse — designed as the heart of the development. This two-storey timber-framed structure is clad in cedar.
クラブハウスの1階には、ジム、レストラン、ブーツルーム、温泉などの主要施設がある。上階には開放的なバーとラウンジがあり、周囲の山々のパノラマビューが楽しめる。
ゲレンデで一日を過ごした後、ゲストがくつろげる保養所として考案された。
