We're looking for a Senior Interior Designer or Architect to join the team and help lead projects from concept through to completion.
This role is for someone who enjoys taking ownership and being involved in the whole process. You'll work directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers — helping shape projects from the earliest ideas through to the finished space.
As a small studio, there's very little hierarchy. We value initiative, good judgement, curiosity, and people who genuinely care about making thoughtful work. We take design seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
- 5+ years of experience in interior design and/or architecture
- Strong design sensibility and a portfolio of well-resolved work
- Experience running projects independently from concept to completion
- Confidence communicating ideas through drawings, visuals, and presentations
- Proficiency in your preferred design software — Revit, Vectorworks, SketchUp, or equivalent
- Japanese and/or English language ability is highly valued
- 一級建築士 or 二級建築士 qualification is desirable for architecture candidates
- ¥4.5M–¥8M annual salary, depending on experience
