Vyvial & Co is a multidisciplinary design studio working across hospitality, F&B, retail, and select residential projects throughout Japan. Our experience ranges from boutique hotels and restaurants to retail and private homes, with a focus on creating spaces that feel authentic, meaningful, and enduring. While many of our projects involve breathing new life into existing buildings, our approach is adaptable and future-focused—shaping both new and existing spaces with equal care.

Founded by Valerie Sasaki Vyvial, the studio bridges cultures and disciplines, offering design direction that considers every element of a project—from architecture and interiors to the brand. This holistic approach is supported by a small, collaborative team of makers, thinkers, and designers, delivering bespoke solutions rooted in craft, detail, and cultural nuance.
